Further to my telephone conversation today with Sam Thomas (Company Director) I would like to extend my gratefully thanks to Ken and his colleague(name unknown)who attended to my husband Patient x, after an incident during a race at Location X on the above date. Their efficiency and good humour throughout was fantastic. My husband was given gas and air promptly and totally reassured, during what was a stressful time for him. I would also like to add how reassured we were to see Ken at our club meeting at Location Y this past Sunday as it was an opportunity for myself to thank him in person.
I would like an official note of appreciation to be given to them both and hope to see them again soon.
